All home inspections include a complete written report on the following items

• Interior (walls, ceilings, floors, windows, etc.)
• Exterior (including irrigation system)
• Insulation & Ventilation
• Estimates of life expectancies of major items & systems
• Repair cost estimates
All inspections exceed ASHI standards.
PRICES
The cost of the inspection depends upon the size and type of house.
- For homes of up to 1,500 square feet, the cost is $250.00
- For homes of up to 2,000 square feet, the cost is $275.00
- For homes of up to 2,500 square feet, the cost is $300.00
- For homes of up to 3,000 square feet, the cost is $350.00
- For homes of up to 4,000 square feet, the cost is $450.00
- For homes of up to 5,000 square feet, the cost is $600.00
- Please call for prices quotes for larger homes
There is an additional charge of if the house has a crawl space
underneath it. This charge is $70.00 for homes built after 1950 and
$100.00 for homes built before 1950. Inspections of swimming pools and
seawalls are an additional $50.00 each.
Inspections of apartment-type condominiums are typically $250.00.
CREDENTIALS
All inspections are performed by one of the two company owners. Both have over
25 years of construction / inspection experience and have performed thousands of
home inspections over the past 13 years.
