TYPES OF SERVICES

Advanced Building Inspections can provide help in resolving a wide range of disputes regarding both construction and inspections.  Whether the problem is with new construction or a poor pre-purchase inspection, we can help.  Examples of services provided include:

  ♦ New construction and remodeling defects and deficiencies

  ♦ Litigation support and expert testimony (plaintiff or defendant)

  ♦ Investigation of failure to find defects during a pre-purchase inspection

  ♦ Building Code compliance

  ♦ Construction and remodeling contract compliance

Fees for litigation support and dispute resolution are based upon an hourly fee of $110.00 for all time expended (including travel) plus actual costs incurred.  There is a standard two hour minimum and a minimum of four hours for depositions and courtroom appearances.
